Spiced Cod Fish Tacos

The Filling
 400 g cod fish (or other white fish), bones removed
 1 tsp salt
 1 dash black pepper
 1 ½ tsp ground cumin
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp ground coriander
 ½ tsp smoked paprika
 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Everything Else
 4 flour tortillas
 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Combine oil and spices in small bowl and stir until combined.

Place fish in shallow dish skin side down and brush top throughly with spice mixture.

Bake for 10 min or until flakes easily.

Remove fish from skin and assemble in tortillas with slaw. Drizzle with crema, garnish with cilantro, and serve.
