 ¼ cup Full fat greek yoghurt
 Juice from 1 lime
 ½ tsp Salt
 ¼ cup Water

Add all ingredients to a liquidizer/high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Add additional water, if necessary, to achieve desired consistency
