Blueberry Chia Jam

A quick and easy jam recipe that's healthier than a traditional recipe!

 2 cups Fresh blueberries
 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
 1 Small pinch of salt
 2 tbsp Chia seeds
 1 tbsp Maple syrup, more to taste

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine blueberries, lemon juice, and salt.

Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring and mashing occasionally, until blueberries are broken down to your desired consistency.

Remove from heat and stir in maple syrup and chia seeds.

Wait 5-10 minutes and stir again. This helps the chia stay evenly distributed and prevents clumping.

Move jam to refrigerator and allow to cool completely before serving.
