Flavors of buffalo wings with none of the guilt!

 1 Head romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
 ½ cup Chopped celery
 ½ cup Peeled, chopped carrots
 1 Batch Buffalo Cauliflower Bites (recipe available on pescetarianplate.com)
 2 oz Blue cheese crumbles
 ½ cup Blue cheese dressing (nutrition facts calculated using Greek Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing from pescetarianplate.com)

Arrange chopped vegetables in four serving bowls.

Divide Buffalo Cauliflower bites between bowls.

Sprinkle 1/2 ounce blue cheese crumbles on each bowl and drizzle each with 2 tablespoons of dressing (more or less to taste).

Feel free to add extra veg! Chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, and sliced mushrooms go particularly well with this recipe.
