Arrange chopped vegetables in four serving bowls.
Divide Buffalo Cauliflower bites between bowls.
Sprinkle 1/2 ounce blue cheese crumbles on each bowl and drizzle each with 2 tablespoons of dressing (more or less to taste).
Feel free to add extra veg! Chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, and sliced mushrooms go particularly well with this recipe.
