Smokey, creamy, bacon-y, vegan queso sauce!

1 cup raw cashews (soaked in water 1 hour)
2 tbsp tomato paste
¼ cup nutritional yeast
1.50 tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp ground black pepper
1 cup water

Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender or liquifier, and blend until completely smooth. A food processor or standard blender can be used, but the queso won't be as smooth and creamy!
