 1 cup Uncooked rice
 ½ Lime
 ¼ cup Chopped fresh cilantro (coriander)
 ½ tsp Salt

Cook rice according to package instructions

When rice is cooked, fluff with a fork, and add the juice of 1/2 lime (more if the lime is small or not juicy), cilantro, and salt.
