Addictive little cheese crackers!

Cheese Crackers Homemade

 ¾ cup All purpose flour
 ½ tsp Salt
  tsp Crushed red pepper flakes, chopped finely
 ½ tsp Paprika
 6 oz Extra sharp cheddar, shredded
 4 tbsp Butter, cubed
 2 tbsp Milk

Preheat oven to 350F/175C

Add flour, salt, red pepper, and paprika to the bowl of a food processor fitted with a blade attachment, and pulse a few times until spices are evenly distributed.

Add cheddar and butter. Pulse until the mixture resembles slightly clumpy, wet sand.

Add 1 tablespoon of milk and pulse to combine.

Add remaining tablespoon slowly, while pulsing. Use just enough so that the mixture comes together to form a ball.

Roll dough out on a flat surface. The crackers will puff up quite a bit, so roll them thin! Shoot for a sheet roughly the thickness of three sheets of paper.

Cut the crackers into squares, and use a skewer or other sharp object to make a small hole in the center of the cracker.

Place crackers on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cook until crackers have just begun to brown, about 7 minutes. Keep an eye on them! They go from soft to burned very quickly.
