Creamy hummus flavored with mellow, roasted garlic!

 1 bulb roasted garlicCheck out the blog for instructions!
 1 can chickpeas, drained
 2 tbsp tahini
 ¼ cup olive oil, extra for drizzling
 ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
 ¼ tsp ground cumin
 ¾ tsp salt
 Water, optional
 Paprika (optional, for serving)
 Chopped parsley (optional, for serving)

Squeeze garlic cloves from papery casing and place in a high-powered blender with chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, and salt.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Blend in water, as necessary, to reach preferred consistency.

Taste and adjust seasonings as you'd like.
