1 Small watermelon
8 oz Feta
7 oz Plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Whole milk
Juice of one lime
4 Large mint leaves
Honey drizzle (optional)

Chop watermelon into large matchsticks

Add feta, yogurt, olive oil, milk, lime juice, and mint to a high-powered blender and blend until very smooth.

Pour feta dip into a bowl and drizzle with honey if desired.
